Adaeze founded Bellswellorg in 2009 after twelve years with international contractors in the Niger Delta, where she ran fabrication and pipeline delivery across onshore and swamp terrain.
She set the QHSE policy the company still works to, and continues to sign off every project mobilisation personally. Her view is that an EPC contractor earns its licence on the days a schedule is under pressure, not on the days it is comfortable.
